Bryan’s Cake House is a start up based in Vamanjoor, Mangalore, providing a wide range of Cakes, Cupcakes, Macaroons and other products. Like most successful businesses, BCH had a humble beginning. Ever since its inception from baking a Black Forest Cake for a friend, BCH has managed to create a market through word of mouth and reviews on social media by highly satisfied and happy customers. It has become a hot topic among bakery lovers and quite a sensation among the youngsters. It aims at becoming a full-fledged patisserie in the near future.

About the Baker

Bryan Mascarenhas

Bryan Mascarenhas, a young dynamic and passionate baker began his venture at the age of 21 in the year 2016. He graduated from the famous Srinivas College of Hotel Management, Mangalore in 2017. Soon after, he interned at Hyatt Regency, Dubai. He also completed his Certificate Course in Baking and Patisserie from Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts, Bangalore.

He began his journey as a full-fledged baker in his brand with zero investment, and soon, through word of mouth from happy customers, his business began to pick a pace. Many customers of all ages visit BCH to get a bite of those delicious cakes and pastries. He has made a name for himself in the field of baking with his artistic fondant works, quality, consistency in taste, texture, flavour, and variety.

He has won various awards and has inspired youngsters his age through workshops and seminars. This young baker is now self-employed and is making the most of his creativity through his passion. He is also a Drummer in one of the leading Bands in Mangalore.
