Cancellation Policy:
At Bryan's Cake House, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate various situations while ensuring fairness to all parties involved. Please read the following terms carefully:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order and at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. However, once the orders have been communicated to our vendors/merchants and they have initiated the production or shipping process, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be canceled.
Cancellations are not entertained for products obtained on special offers or occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day, etc. These are limited offers, and cancellations are not possible due to the nature of these promotions.
Perishable items cannot be canceled. However, if you receive a product of unsatisfactory quality, please contact our customer service within 6 hours of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.
Refund Policy:
For refund requests due to dissatisfaction with the quality of the product:
The intimation must be sent to us within 6 hours from the time of purchase.
A sample of the product must be provided to us for testing.
After conducting the necessary tests, we will revert to you within 2 days with the results of the investigation.
In the event of a non-delivered order:
Refunds will be processed, and details will be sent via email.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds for perishable items are granted only if the quality issue is confirmed by our investigation.
